Grief Survivor: 30 Steps Toward Hope and Healing Намуна

HEALING BY REMEMBERING
There are countless ways to remember the person you're missing and honor their life. Is there an organization or church that was meaningful to them?
Consider establishing a scholarship, coordinating a 5K or 10K walk to raise funds and awareness for a cause they loved, donating playground equipment, planting a memorial garden or a special tree in their honor, or sponsoring a student on a mission trip. What other creative thoughts do you have for memorializing your loved one?
Reflect: Dream, draw or write about ways you could honor them, and make a difference- both now and for years to come.

About this Plan

Losing a loved one can leave you anxious, confused, and even feeling a little bit crazy. The good news is you're not crazy. You're grieving. Author, Beth Marshall understands. After losing some of her favorite family members, she wasn't sure where to turn. She ultimately found great comfort through God's word and by writing straight through the valley until the light began to shine again. You're invited to grab a journal, reflect or write through the daily prompts, and allow the Lord to begin to heal your heart.
