Your Book Is a Seed: 7 Days to Activate Your Calling as a Writing Mom

DAY 6 OF 7

🌱Day 6: Hey Mama, Your Seed Needs Soil and Strategy

Scripture:
“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.” — Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV)

Devotional:
Writing is a spiritual act — but it also requires structure. It’s not just about inspiration, it’s about intention. Your book needs space, time, and care — like a seed needs soil, water, and light.

Sometimes we wait on “the perfect time” to write, but the truth is: vision grows when it’s planted in the right environment. That environment might include mentorship, accountability, and even deadlines — not to pressure you, but to help you finish.

God’s instruction to Habakkuk was simple: write it, make it plain, and prepare it so others can run with it. That’s strategy. That’s purpose.

You don’t need to have it all figured out today. You just need to take the next step. Your seed is ready. Now it needs soil.

Reflection Question:
What’s one intentional step you can take this week to create space for your writing?

Prayer:
God, thank You for the vision You’ve placed in me. Help me move from inspiration to implementation. Show me what I need to create the right environment to grow the seed You’ve entrusted to me. Amen.

🌱 Create with Strategy, Not Stress

If your story matters (and it does), then it also deserves the structure and support to grow.
Your vision won’t grow on its own — but it will grow with the right help.
