Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year OneНамуна

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God (1 Peter 4:10).
Are you using your spiritual gift for God's glory?
Peter testifies that each believer has received at least one spiritual gift. A spiritual gift is a supernatural ability given by God to the believer at the moment of salvation for the building up of the body of Christ. The Greek term "gift" derives from the word "grace" and has a suffix; therefore, the word means the result of grace. Use your grace-gift to bring God glory. Peter explains, "If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ" (1 Peter 4:11). Spiritual gifts are given not for self-edification, but for ministering to others.
Employment Point: Use your spiritual gift to minister to others and bring glory to God.
