Have you ever been walking home through your neighbourhood and been able to hear what your neighbours are up to? Ever walked past a house and heard the sounds of a great party and wanted to check it out?! Our first two verses today describe the sounds coming from the homes of the righteous. If we were walking past their homes, we would hear shouts of joy echoing out the front door - people singing and shouting about all the Lord had done for them!

GO DEEP: Read through the verses and look for reasons for such an outburst of joy, so loud your neighbours will hear the outburst!
What do verses 21 & 27 tell us about the source of joy?
Verses 22 & 23 give us insight into the greatest source of joy available to mankind! However, this only makes sense when we hear that Jesus quotes these verses about Himself! By quoting these verses He was letting us know that He saves us!
