Psalms Streak: A Daily Devotional in the PsalmsНамуна

What Goes In Comes Out
Scientists have measured the amount of data that enters the brain and found that an average person living today processes as much as 74 GB of information a day (that is as much as watching 16 movies) through TV, computers, mobile phones, tablets, billboards, and many other gadgets! It’s important to consider where our focus is and the effect that all of this information is having on us. What goes in comes out!
Psalm 1 says that the person who delights and meditates on God’s word is like a strong tree that produces good fruit and prospers. Throughout the day, choose to meditate on God’s word. When you’re brushing your teeth, walking to school, or doing your homework, remind yourself of the life-giving words of this Psalm and delight in them!
GO DEEP:Which one verse can you meditate on today?
BE BOLD: Who needs to hear this? Who could you share it with?
