A New Creature. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV When you accept Jesus Christ into your life and receive Him as your Lord and Savior, you are completely transformed. When you are in Him, you become a new creature. The moment you accept Jesus Christ, as your Savior, your spiritual DNA instantly changes. Once you’re in Christ, you put on a new nature — His nature. Adam’s bloodline, the old man, is erased and the Blood of Jesus Christ now flows through your veins. You belong to Him. As His Child, you are now purchased by His Blood and every old thing has passed away. When you accept Jesus Christ into your life, you are forgiven and your past is over. In Christ, your past is history and your future is bright in Him. In Christ, you are completely set free from every past bondage and entanglement. It’s your choice to return back to sin and to the old ways of the past. When you submit and surrender your life to Christ your whole world changes. The old has passed away and through the Blood of Jesus Christ, you are presented to God as faultless — you become new in Him. Who wouldn’t want to serve a God like this? Simply surrender your life over to Him. Confess your sin to Him. Turn your heart over to Him. Allow Jesus Christ to heal your heart and to make you whole. Through Jesus Christ, the stain of sin no longer has authority over you. Your past is history and in Christ your future is reignited. Through the shed Blood of Jesus Christ —you are restored. Choose Christ. “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15 KJV
