V ňom máme skrze jeho krv vykúpenie a odpustenie priestupkov podľa bohatstva jeho milosti, ktorou nás zahrnul vo všetkej múdrosti a rozumnosti, keď nám dal poznať tajomstvo svojej vôle, podľa svojho milostivého rozhodnutia, v ktorom si predsavzal, že podľa plánu, až sa naplní čas, zjednotí v Kristovi ako v hlave všetko, čo je na nebi i na zemi.
