Všetci sme už okúsili moc jazyka. Na slovách záleží, pretože môžu vybudovať sebaistotu, ponúknuť povzbudenie a obnoviť vzťahy. Slová však môžu aj zničiť priateľstvá, ponížiť druhých a vyvolať pochybnosti alebo neistotu. Naše slová tvarujú myslenie, ovplyvňujú skutky a menia životy. Práve preto sa potrebujeme naučiť používať naše slová v múdrosti – a presne na to sa zameriame v tomto štúdiu.
