PRAY Lord, no matter what I read from Your Word today, I pray that I will attend to it well.

READ Luke 22:1-46

REFLECT What does this passage say to you about Jesus? What does it say to you about Peter and the other disciples? About you?

APPLY The next time you prepare to take communion, say aloud, perhaps as a whisper, the words Jesus spoke over the bread and wine.

PRAY Thank God for the Last Supper and for every “last supper” celebrated since that night.
