I know there would be items on your to-do list, conversations you need to have with family, workplace tension and business decisions that are eroding your peace. I sincerely believe that there is such a thing as supernatural peace. This verse in Philippians talks about a peace that surpasses natural understanding. I believe that if we can regularly apply this text we can enjoy God-given peace. Prayer: For this particular prayer time, I would encourage you to get a pen and paper or open your notes app on your devices and make a list of all the things that come to mind that are worrying you today. Once that is done, offer these as prayers to God. My hope is that this exercise will bring Philippians 4:7 into action.
