Are Your Friendships Fueling Your Faith?ਨਮੂਨਾ

STANDING ALONE WHEN YOU MUST
Take time and think about this question: Will you still stand for what is right, even if it means standing alone? There may come a time when choosing righteousness means standing alone. It is one of the hardest things for a young believer to go against the crowd, even when that crowd includes close friends. However, spiritual maturity often requires moments of courage where obedience takes precedence over approval.
The three Hebrew men in the Book of Daniel refused to bow to the king's idol, even though everyone else did. Paul stood alone at trial, but God stood with him in the Book of Acts. Their boldness teaches us that when we stand for truth, we are never truly alone. God's presence and approval outweigh the applause of people.
You may lose popularity, friends, or comfort, but you will gain deeper intimacy with Christ and a TESTIMONY that encourages others. Sometimes, your courage to stand alone becomes the invitation for others to rise in faith, too.
PRACTICAL TIP
When faced with peer pressure, take a breath and ask, "What would Jesus do in this moment?" Then choose His way, even if it means standing alone. You are never alone with Him.
TESTIMONY
Kyla refused to attend a party where she knew there would be underage drinking. Though she faced criticism, one of her classmates later told her, "You made me realise I do not always have to follow the crowd." Her stand became a light.
PRAYER
Lord, give me the strength to stand firm when others walk away from Your ways. Help me honour You even when it is unpopular. Thank You that You never leave me. Make my life a bold witness of Your truth and love.
