Are Your Friendships Fueling Your Faith?ਨਮੂਨਾ

LOYALTY THAT REFLECTS GOD'S FAITHFULNESS
Are you the kind of friend who stays when it’s hard—or only when it’s easy? Anyone can stick around when things are fun, but godly friendship endures through pain, conflict, and growth. Loyalty is a rare treasure where friendships often end over misunderstandings or inconvenience. True loyalty reflects God's covenant love, a steadfast commitment that does not disappear when things get tough.
Jesus also showed the highest form of loyalty when He laid down His life for us, His friends. That same spirit lives in us through the Holy Spirit, empowering us to stay faithful even when relationships are tested.
Loyal friends are present in joy and sorrow. They speak the truth in love, defend you when others do not, and honour you behind your back. Loyalty is not blind agreement; it is a commitment to walk together with patience, truth, and grace.
PRACTICAL TIP
Think of one friend who has been loyal to you. Send them a message today to thank them for their faithfulness. Then, ask God to help you become that kind of friend to others.
TESTIMONY
Tshepo once distanced himself from a friend who had fallen into sin. Later, the Holy Spirit convicted him to walk alongside his friend instead of judging from a distance. That act of loyalty led to deep healing in their friendship and drew them both closer to God.
PRAYER
Lord, teach me to be a loyal friend like You. Help me stand by others with love, grace, and truth, especially in difficult times. Make me someone others can count on and let my friendships reflect Your unchanging faithfulness.
