Raising Kingdom-Minded Children in a Broken World - 30-Day Devotionalਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 4 – Modeling Authentic Faith
Scripture: “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” – 1 Corinthians 11:1 (NIV)
Reflection
Our children learn more from what we do than from what we say. They watch how we react when things go wrong, how we treat people, and how we talk to God. Authentic faith is not about being perfect. It is about being real, consistent, and dependent on Jesus.
Sometimes the most powerful lesson for our children is seeing us admit when we are wrong, ask for forgiveness, or lean on God in weakness. These moments show them that faith is not about pretending, it is about trusting God in real life. When our children see our faith in action, they are more likely to grow their own.
Biblical Affirmation for Your Children
“My children see Christ in the way I live and are learning to follow Him for themselves.”
Prayer
Lord, help me to live out a faith that is genuine. May my words and actions point my children to You. Give me courage to admit my weaknesses and show them how to trust You in every situation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Action Step for Parents
Be intentional today about letting your children see your faith in action. Pray aloud, forgive openly, or share a testimony of God’s goodness.
