7 Devotions to Perk Up Your Dayਨਮੂਨਾ

Course Correction
When a rocket veers off its trajectory, scientists calculate the speed and direction of its altered path, compute a new vector, and adjust the thrusters to put the rocket back on course. A course correction is a change made to correct or improve the direction in which an object is headed. Some believers start out in the right direction but somehow go off course. They give in to temptations, and they veer off to follow their inclinations instead of following God. Are you in need of a course correction?
The Enemy is bound and determined to knock believers off course. He’ll keep you happy, wealthy, prideful, and believing that you don’t need to be saved. Or he will convince you to blame God when the Enemy bombards you with tragedy, sickness, and setbacks. Whatever the sin, the Enemy is adept at deceiving people so they wobble in their faith and lose all sense of direction.
Sweet Spoonful: But it’s easier to get back on track than you think. Change your GPS from a global positioning system to a godly positioning system. Keep your eyes on Jesus and put the pedal to the metal till the Enemy is nothing but a blur on your way to heaven.
