Power On!ਨਮੂਨਾ

In 2 Kings 20, King Hezekiah is facing an illness that he is told he will not recover from. How daunting! In desperation, he turns to God and pours out his heart, asking God for His mercy in prayer. The response he receives from God is that he has been heard and healed! God brings His mercy and grants King Hezekiah 15 more years of life.
When we are suffering, in pain, and desperate for what may seem impossible, God sees us and hears our prayers. God doesn't always promise us immediate answers to our prayers, but He will always bring hope and meet us in our desperation. We can find comfort in this passage knowing that God cares for us deeply and is faithful to respond to our prayers.
Is there something today that you are trusting for God to bring healing and comfort to you in?
Prayer
Lord, thank You that You hear my prayers and for Your mercy in my life. Thank You that You heal and are a God of miracles when things in the physical seem impossible. Amen.

About this Plan

With Jesus, we want to go from "standing by" to stepping out! Through these readings, experience stories of when God led people to turn "on" their spiritual power and saw the Holy Spirit move through them. God is ready to do miracles on Earth, but we can miss out on what He is ready to do by staying in the boat like Peter nearly did. These Scriptures will encourage you to step out of the boat and see the Power of the Holy Spirit move!
