Pathways to Purposeਨਮੂਨਾ

God’s timing is a bit like picking a piece of fruit, if you eat it too soon, it’s hard and flavourless. If you eat it too late it’s too soft, mushy, starting to show bruises or go mouldy. But, if you eat it at the right moment, the fruit is ripe, sweet, enjoyable, full of flavour and nutrients, it’s good for the body.
Sometimes we can be too quick and jump a head of what God is doing, and sometimes we can act too slow and miss it completely. God’s timing is perfect, it’s pleasing and good for us.
We need to choose God’s timing, not our own. God’s timing is perfect, it’s full of his promises and blessings. Ask God today to know His will and timing, to do as He directs and not before.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that Your timing is perfect. Lord, I pray You will help me to be obedient to Your will, so I am in the right place at the right time. Your timing, Lord, not mine. In Jesus' name, Amen.
