Go & Sell – Step Out in Boldness

Scripture:

2 Kings 4:7 – "She went and told the man of God, and he said, ‘Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left.’"

Description:

There is a time when you have to come out from behind the locked door.

After the oil was multiplied, the prophet instructed the widow to go and sell it. Many people stop at receiving God’s blessing, but there is a time to step out—to bring what God has given us to the world.

People need your oil. The marketplace, the workplace, your community—they need the anointing you carry.

The instruction to "go and sell" may feel uncomfortable. It may require you to learn a different skillset. We don't often realise that it is part of what we are called to do as Kingdom Messengers. Are you ready to go and sell your oil?

Application:

Ask the Holy Spirit to show you an area where you need to step out in boldness. Is it sharing your testimony? Launching a business? Speaking up in faith? Take one action today toward stepping out.

Prayer:

Lord, I don’t want to keep my oil hidden. Show me where You are calling me to step out and release what You’ve placed in me. Give me boldness to bring Your anointing into the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
