Water Baptismਨਮੂਨਾ

Why Is Water Baptism Important?
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:19 (ESV).
Jesus commanded His followers to be baptized as an important step in discipleship. While baptism is not required for salvation as seen in Mark 16:16, it is an essential act of obedience and a public profession of our faith. The apostles emphasized its importance in the early church, instructing new believers to be water baptized in Acts 2:38 and Acts 10:47-48.
If you have not been water baptized, consider taking this step. If you have, ask God to deepen your understanding of how it strengthens your walk with Him.
Prayer: Father, God, Thank You for commanding us to be water baptized. Help me to obey Your word, knowing each step of faith draws me closer to You. Grant me the courage to follow Your will in every area of my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
