According to astronomers, the average galaxy has about 100 million stars, and there are about 2 trillion galaxies in the universe! Somehow, our God cares about the stars so much that God calls them each by name. So, if God cares that much about the stars, how much more does God care for you—the one created in God’s very image?

God knows every part of who you are. God knows your thoughts, your hurts, your dreams, and even your questions. Nothing you say or do surprises God or scares God away. Before your head hits the pillow tonight, thank God for how well God knows you and how much God cares about every part of who you are, just as God can care for the trillions of stars in the night skies.
