Jonah 3 Following Jesus When You’d Rather Run Awayਨਮੂਨਾ

What Do We Do When We Do Not Know What to Do?
We’ve all been there at some point. The moment when we didn’t know what to do next.
The only thing the people of Nineveh knew was that their city was about to be destroyed. There was no promise of redemption; no light at the end of the tunnel. Much like the Israelites in the Exodus story. Where Moses was leading his people out of captivity in Egypt and headed for the promised land. He got God’s chosen people to the edge of the sea, and they were trapped on both sides between the vast waters and a raging Egyptian army. What do we do now?
How often do we assume that we will have faith even if God doesn't do something? Like it’s ok, if God doesn't move in this situation, I’ll still have faith. We need to believe with everything possible that God is going to come through.
