TAKE CONTROL As a leader in your situation or circumstance, in times of crisis you must immediately reorganize your priorities and put the total focus upon analyzing and re-stabilizing the situation at hand. In most crisis situations, and more than anything else, what is done right at the beginning will determine the eventual outcome. In a time of crisis, you must take responsibility and take over the situation. This is not the time for blame. This is a time for YOU to make decisions going forward. You do not have the luxury of abdicating responsibility. You will evaluate and put safeguards in place later so there is not a recurrence, but blaming is a waste of time and does not present the image of a leader fully in control. The responsibility is yours.
