Revival Is Now! Prøve

Revival Is Now!

Dag 6 av 7

### Revival takes your faith to the streets Personal encounters with Jesus have radically changed the direction and focus of people's lives for generations. Consider the Apostle Paul in the Bible. He happily murdered Christians, yet after an encounter with Jesus, He became one the world’s greatest evangelists and wrote half of the new testament. Encounters with Jesus have inspired others to stand up against inequality, given fresh passion for people groups, ignited global movements and radically changed local communities. The love of Jesus in a revived heart ruins your natural propensity towards a life revolved around self and sets you on a course to live for others. You cannot have a truly revived heart and live for self. Revival changes you and the way you live. Suddenly, a Sunday faith will not be enough, you will desire a Monday to Saturday faith also. A faith which effects your everyday and flows out of church buildings into homes and onto streets. A faith which has you caring deeply for the people in your neighbourhood, and has you wanting to be involved in the lives of those in your workplace. Revival allows the love of Jesus to compel you, convince you; and change you. As you are compelled and convinced by the love of Jesus, you willingly let it change the way you think and act. You begin to passionately desire others to experience it for themselves. Once you are compelled, convinced and changed by love, you can do nothing but be committed to seeing everyone, everywhere meet Jesus and experience His grace.
