Pray That PromiseVoorbeeld

God Did It!
God has promised to provide water in the barren places of our lives so that we can be fruitful (Isaiah 41:17-18). As a symbol of this fruitfulness, he says, “I will put in the desert the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive. I will set junipers in the wasteland, the fir, and the cypress together” (Isaiah 41:19). God then finishes the thought, saying, “…so that people may see and know…that the hand of the Lord has done this.”
Oh, I do bless his name today! I’m thinking of the many times he has met me, my family, our church, in extreme circumstances—let us get to a place of “what do we do now?” and then saying, “In this very place, I am sending you rivers of blessings, life, peace, joy, supply.” It is then that people realize: “They didn’t do it. They didn’t have a clue. God did it!” So his name is praised and glorified.
May our lives bring glory to his name today!
