The 5-Minute Bible Reading Plan And Devotional: ActsVoorbeeld

True and Reasonable Faith
As Paul was explaining the Christian faith to the Roman Governor, Festus, the governor protested that all this was just too much to believe. Paul responded that he wasn’t making it up. He assured Festus that what he was saying was not only true, but was reasonable as well. It made logical sense. Your faith is based on solid historical evidence, and the events of the New Testament describe what actually happened in known geographical locations in real time. Knowing this, you can love God with your heart and soul, and with your mind (Matthew 22:37).
