Jesus gave us a new commandment: to love everyone in the same way that He loves us. No exceptions! Jesus wants us, His chosen people, to overflow with the unconditional love that He modeled during His time on Earth. I don’t know about you, but it’s not always easy for me to love everyone, especially when people are not showing me the same love and respect.

When Jesus was on Earth in the New Testament, He loved with His actions, thoughts, and words. So not only are we called to love people in a big way, but we are also called to love them like that: with our actions, thoughts, and words. This is a huge responsibility, but we can rest peacefully, knowing that Jesus can provide us with the courage and strength to love and respect everyone. Jesus is the perfect example of love, so we should look to Him for guidance and strength to love everyone even when it gets difficult.

Today, I challenge you to go out of your comfort zone and show love to one person in your life who needs it right now. Pray and ask God to give you the strength to love like Jesus in everything that you do.
