Never Stop Praying

Pray without ceasing. – 1 Thessalonians 5:16 (KJV)

When situations arise, as we know they will, what is your remedy for handling difficulty? How do you respond to trouble? Maybe you murmur, maybe you complain, perhaps you isolate yourself, or perhaps you pray.

My remedy for every situation in life is simple: PRAY! This scripture tells us to pray without ceasing, without stopping, without giving up. So, my remedy for various situations looks like this:

When I’m happy -  I pray

When I’m sad - I pray

When I’m disappointed - I pray

When I’m grieved - I pray

When I’m discouraged - I pray

When I’m overjoyed- I pray

Now, what are you waiting for? 

Let us pray

Father, help us understand that our relationship with you is solidified through prayer, and every answer we need will be answered in that moment of prayer.  In Jesus' name, amen.
