Jesus Entrusts You with His Calling to Reach People

Peter could never have anticipated what would happen that day. It should have been a day like any other, like hundreds of others, but Jesus interrupted Peter’s life and called him to something unimaginable. Peter didn’t have the training, the experience, or any of the other necessary tools to become the leader of the Church in just a few short years, but he had an encounter with Jesus that altered everything. This simple fisherman was now going to fish for people, for eternal souls, and become a leader who would inspire and encourage thousands. Throwing that net in simple obedience to Jesus was an act of faith that would forever solidify His calling — fishing for men.
