Galatia 5:14-15 AVB

Kerana seluruh hukum Taurat terlaksana dalam satu ayat: “Kasihilah sesama manusia sebagaimana kamu mengasihi dirimu sendiri.” Tetapi jika kamu gigit-menggigit dan makan-memakan sesama sendiri, berhati-hatilah, jangan sampai kamu saling membinasakan.

Sebaliknya, buah Roh ialah kasih, sukacita, damai sejahtera, kesabaran, kemurahan, kebaikan, kesetiaan, lemah lembut dan penguasaan diri. Tiada hukum yang menentang segala ini. Mereka yang menjadi milik Kristus Yesus telah menyalib tabii manusia berserta hawa nafsu dan keinginannya. Jika kita hidup dalam Roh, marilah kita berbuat segalanya dalam Roh juga. Janganlah kita menjadi bongkak, saling menyakitkan hati, dan berdengki-dengkian sama sendiri.
