HOPE

We are made right in God’s sight by faith and brought back into right relationship because of what Christ has done for us. Though undeserved, we can confidently and joyfully share God’s glory! Sure, we will run into struggles and situations – but know that they will help us develop our endurance, character, and the hope of salvation!

This hope will not disappoint, God loves us like crazy, and He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love. We are to be the living, breathing, loving expression of God through the power of the Holy Spirit. We have great hope!

We should seek the Lord daily, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and direct us. As we trust Him with all our hearts, not depending on our own understanding, as we seek His will in all we do, we can know He will show us which path to take.

Are you hopeful today? Where does your hope lie? Does your hope make a difference in the thoughts you think, the words you speak, and the things you do?

Reflection:
Are you fully trusting God to be your hope in this world? If not, would you take a moment to stop and ask Him to help you trust Him?

Would you be open to God using you to give hope to someone around you today?
