The world is forming us.
Normal
Normal is not the same as true.
DEVIL: Here is a deceptive idea.
FLESH: I want that to be true.
WORLD: Of course it’s true. Everybody thinks that.

The world doesn’t have to convince us a lie is true if it can
make the lie feel normal.

Culture rarely announces that it is discipling you.
You don't choose conformity. You drift into it.
What have I accepted as normal that Jesus may be inviting me to examine again?
Consensus is not the same as truth.
We need a community that makes the way of Jesus feel normal again.
What am I intentionally allowing to form me?
What am I helping make normal?
