God, Not the Glass -- Reset Your Mind and Spiritಮಾದರಿ

Freedom isn’t a one-time event—it’s a daily decision. Every day you choose presence over numbing, truth over habit, clarity over autopilot—you’re walking in freedom.
And it’s not just freedom from something—it’s freedom for something: peace, purpose, and a life fully awake.
Sis, this journey doesn’t end here. This is your beginning. It’s by no mistake that you’re here, reading this plan and on a sober minded adventure. I understand, it’s not always easy but it is always worth it. It’s about freedom and being awake, alert, aware and present in our own lives!
Prayer:
Thank You, Jesus, for setting me free. Help me keep walking in that freedom—not just for me, but for the people I love and the calling You’ve placed on my life.
Journal Prompt:
What has changed in your heart, thoughts, or habits over the past 10 days? What does it look like to keep walking in freedom?
