Love God Greatly - 1 & 2 Timothy Campione

Can you imagine what the world would be like if we all took care of each other the way God intended - keeping our hands busy building into our children, inviting neighbors over for meals, and serving those in need? My goodness, we have enough work here to last a lifetime, and I think that’s exactly the way God planned it! Over and over again, Paul tells us to care for our families and care for those in our churches. Not only does it bless them, it communicates to those around us that we value others… and so does God. 

Dear Jesus,

Help me to look for opportunities to reach out and be Your hands and feet to the people You have placed in my life. Father, you have blessed us to be a blessing to others. Forgive us for the times when we’ve hesitated to serve those in need because of our greed, complacency, or judgment. Oh God, transform our hearts, so we will become women known for our compassion, generosity, and love for You. Whether it’s our time or our treasure, help us to invest wisely so that the watching world can see Your love through us. Amen.
