Opening up about our struggles or mistakes isn’t easy. It can be really scary to confess where you need help. But the good news is, you aren’t in it alone. Not only does God give us the Holy Spirit to be with us and guide us, but God also gives us Scripture to help lead us.

This week, as you think about what you may need to share or open up to someone about, do so with this verse in mind. Write this verse down, replacing the words “you” or “your” with your name. Let it remind you that God’s Word is there specifically to help you when you need it most!
