Do you like to go to someone else's house? It can be fun to play with someone else's toys; the best part is seeing someone you love.

In our story today, Mary visited her older cousin, Elizabeth. During that visit, Elizabeth encouraged Mary. God gave Mary an older cousin who showed her love when she really needed it. Nothing is better than having a friend or family member who cares about you!

God gives us friends and family so that we can love each other and take care of each other. Who are some of your favorite people? How can you show them that you love them?

Prayer: Thank you, God, for friends, family, and the people who love us. Help us to show them love today too.
