The primary focus of today is to encounter God in specific prayer and reflection. Spend some time thinking about the things in your past you still hold onto or let define who you are. What things might God want to redeem in your life for His glory? What might you need to give up to God to be fully present to Him now? You may have significant trauma in your past that needs some additional help. Ask for the courage to make the next step if you haven't already- open up to a friend, talk to a counselor- whatever it might be. One of the great things about being a part of God's kingdom is that we are never alone in following Christ.
