Day 1: You Are Wonderfully Made

Scripture:
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” — Psalm 139:14 (NIV)

Reflection:
Have you ever looked in the mirror and wished you were someone else? Maybe you’ve compared yourself to someone on social media or felt like you didn’t fit in. But here’s the truth: God made you exactly the way you are - on purpose.

Your hair, your skin, your voice, your personality - it’s all part of His beautiful design. You are not random or average. You’re one-of-a-kind, created with love and intentionality. God doesn’t make mistakes, and He definitely didn’t make one when He made you.

So when doubts try to creep in, remember: You are wonderfully made. And the God who made you calls you good.

Prayer:
Dear God,
Sometimes I feel like I’m not enough. But Your Word says I’m fearfully and wonderfully made. Help me to believe that deep in my heart. When I start to compare myself or feel less-than, remind me that I am special, loved, and made in Your image. Amen.

Challenge:
Write down three things you love or appreciate about yourself - inside and out. Then, speak them out loud to yourself. Say them like you mean it. Keep this list nearby and read it whenever you’re feeling unsure or down.
