Proverbs 13:20

Tuhan kita sungguh sangat baik, berlimpah kasih-Nya. Selain menyelamatkan kita melalui karya penebusan Yesus Kristus, Dia juga mau membekali kita dengan hikmat-Nya supaya kita bisa hidup bijak di dunia ini. Selama empat hari, kita akan belajar mengenal kebaikan dan tuntunan Tuhan melalui hikmat yang Dia berikan. Kita bisa menjadi orang beriman yang berhikmat, serta hidup dikelilingi orang-orang bijak yang membawa kita semakin dewasa dan sungguh-sungguh hidup dalam Tuhan.

Study after study tells us that rest is critical for our physical, mental, and emotional health. Rest matters so much to God that He even made it one of His commandments. We know we should rest—so why don’t we? In this simple 5-day Plan, we’ll look at why, when, where, and how we should rest, and even with whom.

Eating disorders (ED) are underwhelmingly discussed, highly misunderstood, and rarely spoken about in relation to Scripture and faith. But even though the Bible may not address this trial specifically, you can still look to God’s Word for wisdom, truth, and healing from the eating disorders you are battling.
