Reflect

Jesus prayed that we would experience the same unity that he experiences with the Father. What does Jesus say will be the end result in the world when there is unity among all those who believe in Jesus? Just as Jesus was sent by the Father to the world, with the message of God’s love, so we have been sent to our world with the same message of love.

Engage

Read today’s Scripture passage. Say or write it out in your own words, considering the following questions:

· What do they say about God?

· What do they say about us?

· Is there a promise to trust?

· Is there a command to obey?

· How will I apply these Scriptures to my life?

· Who will I show that I care by sharing this truth?
