Day Two - I Am a Changeling

This week we are going to be looking at how ‘I Am a Changeling’.

READ:

‘Jonah and the Big Fish’ in a Children’s Bible or Jonah 1:1 - 3:10

Jonah changed - he went from running away and trying to hide from God to finally taking God’s message to the people of Nineveh. 

Jonah realized that God’s way is the best way and chose to follow what God had told Him. 

ASK:

Can you think of a time when you had to make a choice to do the right thing? 

Maybe have a chat with your grownup about this.  Remember, you are a Changeling, and changing bad choices into good choices ( choosing to do the right thing), will help you to grow to be more like Jesus. 

REMEMBER:

Look at the new thing I am going to do.

It is already happening. Don’t you see it?

I will make a road in the desert.

I will make rivers in the dry land. (Isaiah 43:19)

SAY:

Thank you Lord that you have created us all unique and wonderful.  

Help us to love you and everyone you have placed in our lives and 

to become more like you every day - in Jesus' name - Amen.
