HUMILTY: THE MASTER KEY TO GREATNESS
Life is a journey we all take in phases. Every adult was once a child, however, the pathway to becoming an adult is laced with various life experiences that eventually culminate into a life journey.
No man attained greatness by just birth, even though we all have the gene for greatness from birth as the bible declared in Genesis 1:27. Christ himself expressly declared humility as the key to greatness in His Kingdom, and also by His lifestyle showed us that humility remains the secret to becoming great in the kingdom of God.
We should be mindful of the fact that the world’s definition of greatness is different from ours. We must seek true greatness which is what Jesus Christ modelled for us. As we follow Him and seek to become like Him, we are on the path to true greatness!
Confession: Father, give me grace to always be humble, regardless of my achievements. Help me to live before you all the days of my life on earth.
