Worlds ApartPrimjer

According to the Law of Conservation of Matter, matter cannot be created or destroyed within a closed system. That’s just a fancy scientific way to talk about the way things are created.
However, God exists and functions outside of the laws of physics. He created the universe and all matter itself out of absolutely nothing. Though this might be hard for our human minds to comprehend, this verse reminds us that . . . that’s okay!
In fact, many of the works of God are things we can only understand by faith.
Even though we don’t understand all there is to know about the universe or how it was created, we can still put our faith and trust in the One who created it and makes it all happen.
What’s one thing you don’t understand or a question you have about the world? Whatever it is, try talking about it with your small group leader or a trusted friend.
