DAY 2 OF 30

Every Believer Is Called
Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9

Calling is not limited to a select few; it is the identity of every believer in Christ. The New Testament does not present ministry as an elite assignment but as a shared responsibility among all who belong to God. Every believer is chosen, set apart, and included in God’s purpose.
This matters because it removes the mindset of spectatorship. Many assume that calling belongs only to pastors or visible leaders, but Scripture places calling on the entire body. The difference is not in whether one is called, but in how each person expresses that calling within their sphere of influence.
When this truth is ignored, believers shrink into passivity. They assume their role is to watch others function while they remain uninvolved. This weakens both personal growth and the overall strength of the body of Christ.

Father, thank You for calling me into Your purpose. Help me to see myself as You see me. Remove every mindset of limitation and passivity. I pray for believers across Nigeria, that they will awaken to their calling and take responsibility in Your kingdom.
