Hidden Treasure in Dark Places: Heartbreak & Hopeનમૂનો

Jesus Had a Plan
In John 11:11, Jesus revealed His heart about the situation: “Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him up.”
He had a plan!
That verse brings such comfort. While Mary and Martha were grieving, Jesus already knew what He was going to do. He was aware of their pain. He loved them deeply. And He was already on His way to bring healing to what looked like a hopeless situation.
They couldn’t see it yet, but resurrection was coming.
Friend, the same is true for you. Some seasons must end, but that doesn’t mean your story is over. The One who is the Resurrection and the Life knows how to breathe life into the places that feel dead inside. He can restore your hope, heal your heart, and piece together what’s been shattered.
Throughout Scripture, one truth remains constant: God always shows up for His children. He is the Shepherd who walks with us through the valley, the Warrior who fights for us, and the Comforter who draws near to the brokenhearted.
God never fails. He never leaves.
Reflection:
What part of your story feels beyond repair right now? How might Jesus be preparing to bring resurrection to that very place?
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for reminding me that You always have a plan, even when I can’t see it. Help me to trust that You are working behind the scenes for my good. Breathe life into the parts of me that feel lost or broken, and remind me that You are never late. Amen.
