The Keys of the Kingdomનમૂનો

‘Thankfulness’ is a logos master key.
Thankfulness is evidence that our eyes are fixed on Jesus. When we look at the goodness of God, we cannot help but overflow with gratitude to Him. This is a key that intimidates and infuriates the enemy who wants to get us complaining against God and questioning His motivation.
Thankfulness is not just reserved for those who have nothing difficult in their lives. It is not only for those who are super saints or for those who seem to go from victory to victory. Thankfulness is for every believer, everywhere, at all times.
Most Christians want to do the will of God. Paul tells us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." Thankfulness is a master key that always works, and it always pleases the Father.
There is a connection between thankfulness and rejoicing. While Paul was in prison, having been beaten and chained like an animal, he exhorts the church in Philippi to "rejoice in the Lord always". In case they didn’t quite comprehend what he was saying, he followed this immediately with the words, "Again, I say, rejoice! "
How is it possible that this man who was faithfully serving God and yet undergoing such constant and violent persecution could write such words? Was this just theory or was it a living reality in Paul’s life?
Upon reading all of Paul’s epistles, we clearly see that this is how he lived. Yes, he felt the pain, and at times, he struggled with the pain to the point of asking God to remove it. And yet his gratitude for God far outweighed his focus on his own personal suffering. This man who was once a terrorist, had encountered the love of God through Christ Jesus, and now, his only reasonable response was thankfulness and praise.
You might not have been saved out of a life of terrorism, but you have been saved from sin. Every person has fallen short of the glory of God, and every person needs a Saviour. Jesus Christ is that Saviour, and He has paid the price in full for the sins of the whole world. This is why we live a life of thankful praise to God! So, go on, take out the master key of thankfulness today – your God is worthy of your praise.
What other master keys has God given to you for kingdom advancement?
