Lord, I know that today is the day you have made, and I want to rejoice and be glad in it. I am just feeling a little overwhelmed on this busy day. I thank you for the work you have established for me, but I pray for your strength to finish it. I ask you to fill me with your complete joy and remove my anxiety and worries.
Let me find rest in you, and help me to focus on your great love, which endures forever. Most importantly, instruct me and teach me the ways I should go, and I promise to try to keep my eyes on you.
I love you and praise your holy name.
