## True Treasure An idol is anything that steals our attention and devotion from Christ’s image. We might not be worshiping a golden calf anymore, but we absolutely settle for idols on this earth. We can’t simply say that he’s Lord of our lives and then worship other things. Jesus warned us, "when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites.
