It is not a sin to be angry, but it is a sin to sin for the sake of anger. I pray that brothers do not allow it to control them, or to destroy them. If we have sinned against someone, please ask forgiveness. If someone has sinned against you and you are angry, forgive them. Allow brothers to understand that forgiveness isn't about accepting the other's actions, it's about freeing themselves from the anger caused by the offense. Paul also reminds us in Ephesians that although we do get angry, that we are not to let the sun go down while still mad.
