Living Open-Handed: 30 Days of Generosity and ImpactNäide

Serving With Purpose
Serving others isn’t just something we do. It’s part of who God calls us to be.
Jesus said He didn’t come to be served but to serve. He was the ultimate servant-hearted leader, so when we serve others, we reflect His heart and His example.
Serving can be public, like leading a group, or quiet, like helping a neighbor without anyone knowing. Both matter to God. Every act of service, big or small, is part of building His Kingdom. In Practicing the Way, John Mark Comer says: "We will find our hearts drawn to particular justice issues, people groups, neighbor families, or lines of work. And it will feel like joy."
Work out what those things are, and find a way to serve there.
Reflection Question: Where might God be calling you to serve this week? Have you found the thing that "feels like joy?”
Call to Action: Offer your time or skills to help someone in a practical way today.
Prayer: Lord, give me eyes to see opportunities to serve. Help me reflect Your heart in every act of service. Amen.
