Hearing God in the Noise

Let's be honest, life is noisy.

Phones buzz, people talk, news flows constantly, and our minds are often racing. In all that noise, it can be hard to hear God’s voice.

In the Bible, the prophet Elijah expected to hear from God in a powerful display like a storm or an earthquake. But God spoke to him in a gentle whisper. Sometimes we're looking for God in dramatic moments, but He is often found in the quiet.

To hear Him, we need to make space to be still. This might mean turning off your phone for a while, going for a walk without headphones, or simply sitting in silence. In that stillness, God can speak peace, guidance, and encouragement into our hearts.
