God's Redemption Story (Exodus - Joshua)Näide

When Joshua got to the end of his life, he feared the people he had led through battle would decide to turn away from God as their fathers had done. So he called them out and challenged them. They were surrounded by cultures that worshipped foreign gods and practiced strange rituals. Joshua told the people to choose their god, and with his usual boldness, he declared he would follow the one true God.
We’re faced with similar circumstances today. Our culture espouses attitudes that fly in the face of biblical righteousness. Will you follow the world or humble yourself before the almighty God?
